What are your delivery options and costs?
We offer standard nationwide delivery across Ireland for a flat rate of €4.95, with free shipping on all orders over €45. Delivery typically takes 2-4 working days.
Can I collect my order in-store?
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Simply select your preferred McCabes Pharmacy location during checkout, and we will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup.
What is your return policy?
You can return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like medicines, earrings, and opened cosmetics cannot be returned.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our courier's website to monitor your delivery status.
Can I order prescription medication online?
You can use our mobile app or website to upload a photo of your prescription and select a store for collection. However, the physical paper prescription must be presented to the pharmacist upon pickup.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, as well as secure payments via PayPal and Apple Pay.
