At McCabes Pharmacy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return most items in their original, unopened condition within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and not a restricted hygiene or medicinal product that is ineligible for return.

  Email our customer care team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and the correct return shipping address.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items with the original delivery note included and send them back to us via a tracked postal service.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our pharmacy team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
