Derbac M Liquid Treatment - 150ml

Derbac M Liquid is used to treat head lice, pubic lice, their eggs, and scabies. The active ingredient is Malathion 0.5% w/w, which helps eliminate lice and their eggs effectively.

How to Use:

For Head Lice:

1. Apply the liquid to dry hair, ensuring the scalp is fully covered.
2. Work the liquid into the hair, spreading it evenly from the roots to the tips.
3. Allow the hair to dry naturally in a well-ventilated room.
4. The following day (or after 12 hours), wash your hair as usual.
5. While the hair is still wet, use a nit comb to remove dead lice and eggs/nits.
6. Repeat the treatment after 7 days to ensure all lice and eggs are eliminated.

For Pubic Lice or Scabies:
Please refer to the patient information leaflet (PIL) included in the box for specific instructions.

Precautions:

• Avoid prolonged or repeated use of this product.
• Do not use more than once a week and not for more than 3 consecutive weeks.
• Protect your eyes by covering the eye area with a towel during application.
• If the liquid enters the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. If irritation persists, seek medical advice.
• The treatment may affect permed, pre-rinsed, or coloured hair.
