DioraHydrate is scientifically formulated with precise amounts of electrolytes and carbohydrates. It is designed to provide active hydration. Mix with water to help you hydrate on a hot day out, while travelling, when you are thirsty or during/after exercise/sports.
How to Use:
- The recommended daily dose for children aged 1-11 is 4 tablets per day.
- The recommended daily dose for children aged 11+ and adults is 8 tablets per day.
- 2 tablets to be dissolved in 200ml of fresh, cold drinking water.
Ingredients:
Glucose, citric acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium carbonate, blackcurrant flavouring (maize, maltodextrin, flavouring components [flavouring substances, natural flavouring substances and flavouring preparations], glyceryl triacetate (E1518), triethyl citrate (E1505), sulphite ammonia caramel (E150d) and benzyl alcohol (E1519)), saccharin sodium.
